Host Obligations

Hosts must comply with local laws, including any licensing or tax requirements applicable to offering services online. Hosts are responsible for ensuring the technical reliability of streams and for communicating any delays or cancellations to Guests.

Hosts must respect privacy, avoid sharing or soliciting personal contact information beyond Platform rules, and follow our content standards. If you operate as a Host, you confirm you understand and will honor the Platform’s moderation tools and report procedures.

Bookings, Payments & Tips

Private booking features may allow Guests to request a session with specified duration and activities. The Platform or third-party processors display price, currency, and payment method details. By booking, you authorize the charge and agree to the processor’s terms. Tips are voluntary expressions of appreciation and generally non-refundable unless required by law. We do not guarantee any particular Host’s availability or performance and are not party to private agreements beyond providing the Platform’s tools.

Fees, taxes, and exchange rates may vary by region. Promotional credits or coupons may be subject to additional terms. If a session cannot proceed due to technical failure on the Platform side, we will use reasonable efforts to assist with a reschedule or remedy consistent with applicable law and our policies. If a Host cancels without notice, we may investigate and take appropriate action.

Refunds & Cancellations

Refunds for bookings are handled in accordance with posted policies and applicable law. In many cases, time-based services and tips are not refundable once delivered. If a Guest needs to cancel, they should request cancellation promptly; Hosts may accept or decline based on posted rules. Prohibited Activities

You must not: break the law while using the Platform; threaten or harass others; promote hatred or violence; share or solicit explicit content involving minors or anyone unable to consent; distribute malware; circumvent security measures; scrape, overload, or interfere with the Platform; misrepresent yourself; or engage in any activity we reasonably deem harmful or abusive.
